Will clearing the NET immediately get me a job as a professor? Is that all I have to do ?
It is a qualification criterion for applying for entry level academic positions like Assistant Professor at colleges and universities. Whether you land a job or not will depend upon vacancies, your profile, interview performance etc. The job applications are individual concern, UGC will only give you a NET certificate that you need to submit along with your applications.
do foreign llm, jindal will hire you

thats the only guaranteed way of getting teaching job in india
Considering increasing number of law colleges, decent results in NEET may give you a decent job in smaller towns. Obviously some smart work is required to build the CV. (disclaimer, I am not in the academics).
Most law colleges and universities, especially the private ones, pay really low and nowhere near even the UGC 7th Pay Scale. Nor do they give permanent positions easily. People taking that route should be beware of exploitation.
