KCO will start its Gujarat Office with return of Atman Desai . I checked his educadtional qualifications and which gives me some hope as I am a non-NLU and in litigation . He completed Bcom and LLB from MSU Baroda, CS in 2008 and also LLM from Monash University in 2008.

So, my question is how could he get into KCO directly as SA role in 2008 ? Is it due to foreign LLM ? or due to CS ? or that is wayy more tougher to get good jobs (due to population and increase in no. of NLUs) ?

He worked his way up. He was an associate with crawford iirc. If you are talented you get picked up in the system.
