That's not true. They do hire freshers.

Please don't do it. Someone interned for two months, pulled all-nighters with the team, had good reviews and still wasn't hired. Even if you do get hired, you will leave of your own volition within 3 months. Just ask anyone at the firm / anyone who was at the firm / past interns.
