Hiranandani has named two top partners of one of the top corp law firm in country in his letter in Mahua Moitra Scandal. This has taken the family feud to the next level.
Because nobody has authenticated that document. Moreover, him saying it in a doc doesn't make it true. We all know how people can be made to follow a narrative.

As for the firm, expect delayed mid year bonuses. Even if this doesn't affect them directly, no one from HR or finance would have cojones to even suggest bonus payouts now. As for business, it will get affected gradually. Best thing the husband and wife can do is to resign from the firm. Let the firm survive for atleast their progeny and all others who've worked hard to make this firm what it is. I haven't seen a year when bonuses and increments are paid on time. Time to not swipe the credit card in hopes of mid year payouts.

S&P have issued a statement denying the allegations. They have said that they respect and admire Modi and would never dream of undermining him by instigating Mahua.
To me, this is an indication that Modi and Adani will wreak havoc if the allegations are true.
