Banks are unlikely to give it to you as an educational loan, since doing that won't make you more employable per se, nor is it an integral part of the course for which you have signed up. A personal loan is an option, though steep interest rate. You can try borrowing against any FD that you or your family may have. Crowdfunding may help a little depending on your financial background.
