How much does JRF give ? Does it include HRA ? Also does the money come in installments or one time payment ?

38k + HRA as payable in the city. This is for JRF. Normally the institute where you will enroll as PhD will pay you monthly and get reimbursed by the UGC, because the former doesn't pay right on the first of the month every time.
