Hi guys

I am final year law student of a non nlu college and I have been seeing every law firm be it T1 or a boutique is posting a job of fresher job starting from PQE 2-3 years.

If things go like this how would a fresher crack a job?

If someone could please share clarity.
Either spend 2 years joining an advocate's chamber and doing whatever work ex you can, or spend 2 year preparing for MBA. Both options will not earn you anything, but if you crack IIM then you will earn crores.
Cracking good B-Schools is next to impossible without relevant work-ex, but current CTC decided the future CTC for everyone. Its the worst kind of sandwich situation. What you can do is upskill while working at smaller law firms, or prep for allied MBA entrance exams other than CAT.
You absoutely can clear top B schools without any work experience. That's most of the kids in B school. It's only ISB that wants prior experience.

Also, no one earns crores out of MBA college, even those who make it to IB and PE roles. That takes a few years (1 crore - not several - that takes more time if you are lucky).
