Hi, I had a few questions related to the inhouse. It is easy to find out or guess the salary offered in tier-1-3 firms and there is more information available as to how to secure internship. Could anyone give some insights related to internship and recruitment policy in general and how one should try to secure an assessment internship with the inhouse team. In fact what one should consider while making a list as to where to apply except one's interest area. Please also drop any resources which may help in the process of applying for the internship.
if you have internal contacts, send your resume through that and wait for vacancies.
answering for in-house team at tata steel and birla aluminum, they offer 4-weeks internships for final year students (which extends on performance) and if you have contacts in these industrial units or corporate teams, use their referrals; i got mine through referrals and for MT also they prefer internal hiring other than campus recruits.
