Hello, I took coaching from Rahuls IAS in 2018 when I was in my final year (Delhi Law faculty). At that time, the fees was around 2 lakhs. But I believe the fees is now close to 3 lakhs. Having been studied from Rahuls IAS, I can totally vouch for the knowledge you get from there. In fact, I think there is no better teacher who can teach procedural law better than Rahul sir. And the other faculty is also pretty good. But the negative part is the term of the coaching. My coaching concluded in 2021 and by that time I was loosing my enthusiasm to pursue services. With respect to whether you should opt for it or not, is your call. You can clear states like MP, UP, Rajasthan, Haryana without any coaching. But for Delhi, the paper is very conceptual so you might need coaching for that. However, the coaching period is totally worth it, provided you are serious candidate. Hawa badi jaldi lagti hai waha. All the best.
(PS: Batch of 2016-19 DU, wrote 3 mains along with job. Worked in litigation, corporate, Tier-2 firms. Presently DM-Legal (Contracts) in Corporate. Due to coaching, I always have edge over my peers. It is one time investment.)
I partially agree with you with regard to Rahul sir health. His health has been like this for many years and that is one of the most prominent reason why the coaching takes 2 years to complete..But with regards to notes, it is one of the best. I still sometime refer it to in case of any doubt. Notes padkar bht bacho ne nikala hai.

Honestly, a student can study on his own.
