Doing an internship in December this year in Hyderbad, in Nampally. Does anyone know any affordable PG in or near the area?

Look for something in and around Khairatabad or Lakdikapul. Quality of housing in Nampally as well as surrounding areas like Begum Bazaar, Jambagh, is not very good.

You can look for something near Basheerbagh, Himayathnagar or Abids - closest places to Nampally with decent housing and colonies.
