Hi, you can make the switch by applying on positions which is for litigation management. Since you have first hand knowledge, you will be required to draft, review the pleadings on behalf of the companies. Additionally, you will also review agreements, contracts for the company. I am presuming that your fairly young, so you should also apply for contract management jobs for freshers. There are companies like nexdigm, integreon which takes fresher for contracts position. You will face issues initially, but if you apply actively and stay active on websites, you will surely land at some place. All the best.
