Mere bhai / bheeno- KCO follows the following hierarchy: F,A0,A1…

F is parked at 15.6 and A0 is parked at 17.4
Omg no. No bonus for F. There is bonus for A0 because A0 is pqe 1. What exactly is so hard here?

It’s just literal terminology difference. Just like a counsel at kCo means someone sandwiched between Pa and partner. While a councel at Trilegal is one step below the partner and above the SA. Therefore a Pa in khaitan would be counsel in trilegal.

Golden rule to understand KcO bonus now: at 0 pqe zero bonus for you.
What rubbish - it's F, A1, A2, ...

Kco doesn't use A0 since 0 is demeaning.
An A0 as per KCo's nomenclature means PQE-1. They have fixed 1.45L monthly (17.4 LPA). KCo doesn't disclose the bonus upfront.

PQE-0 (freshers) are called "F". Their fixed pay is 1.3L monthly (15.6 LPA), with no bonus at all - making KCo the lowest paying T1 firm for freshers.

Hope this helps.
