If you shift to a senior counselโ€™s chamber at SA/PA/Counsel level, how much will you be paid? is there any senior who pays seasoned lawyers well? Also, do senior counsel chambers help in client development if someone eventually wants to go independent?
No senior will pay you more than 2L per month. This is also just for seniors with a practice in DHC, BHC, SC and international arbitration. (And a sense of decency).

Most will allow you the freedom and time to take on your own cases while you are working for them from day 1. Just being a junior to a big senior will attract a few clients to you.

Once you prove your mettle and develop loyalty (minimum 3 years) they may send clients to you. To make a decision on who to work for look at how their non nepo ex juniors are doing.
Can u suggest how to join a sr ad DHC who pays between 1-2L per month? Pls drop their names
