Political divisions have now well and truly arrived at NLUs. We are just a few months away from the 2024 election. Will other NLUs witness similar clashes? Was this just a trailer? Meanwhile, serious administrative issues at NLUs are going unaddressed as students are totally divided on political lines.

Gen Z, fed on woke dogma, seems unable to accept that the right to free speech applies to conservatives as well.
That has always been the case. The cancel-culture is very rampant in NLUs. The moment someone expresses a right-wing or conservative view, call-out mails or the cancel culture will kick in! The profs of humanities subjects are to be blamed for this. Over the years they have fed one-sided ideas into the brains of students in a way that they fail to comprehend or accept the presence of alternate views!
More and more fundamentalist and religious views are being expressed in the garb of RW views these days and that's a fact. No educated person should agree to such views being aired in an educational institution. That is not the same thing as the intolerance and indoctrination that these views are consisted of. For example, one of the speakers was officially supposed to speak about how Islam and violence are the same thing. Freedom of speech does not extend to that yet, thankfully.
"Islam and violence are the same thing"

Something that Kancha Ilaiah did on Hinduism. His book professes the idea that violence against Dalits is inherent to Hinduism. If you can accept this then you should not have a problem with the idea that Islam and violence are the same thing.

The problem is that there are a range of critiques of Hinduism and caste that are taught in law school but I'm sure that not even a quarter of that amount is dedicated to Islam or the idea of jihad.
I'm a conservative in terms of my economic views. I still condemn most of these topics and speakers. Don't presume that you can equate conservatism with spreading hatred.
Likewise, economically pro capitalism but can't stand their cow-Muslim "anti-woke" politics
They have got agents everywhere lmao, I'm from NUJS a person in my batch (▮▮▮) used to write for them
