I am from non nlu college and I have got an internship at Luthra in corporate in upcoming months.

Can anyone provide me clarity about their hiring status, ppo process and exposure etc.

Very rare that L&L will hire outside nlu

u get a callback and then they consider u for an assessment.

Where to apply for first internship? heard that personal reference is required.

Nothing as such they take alot of interns based on applications..you just need to apply and wait. Their HR actually do some work
