TT&A is shit, totally flawed in hiring. NLS/ GNLU/ NUJS and you are in despite being shit and any other place you stand no chance. Their PR is insane but it's gotta be the worst place of all the places. No merit based selection
No merit-based selection? We are the ONLY law firm in India that enforces a complete ban on contact internships. Most of our A0s are picked from a pool of meritorious interns. We prioritize NUJS grads because they make the cut for corp. They are the kids with the maximum number of quality internships.
I was legit told back then the most focus is put up on the energy and eagerness to work with TTndA... that year 3rd kids also are taken as freshie without internships as long as they want to work with you . Do all NUJS grads show you how they want toa work with you and how much they love you ?? It's clear from the 2020 and new hiring that the partners only want NUJS kids who leave you for better places. Do not see the standard changing in next years as well as long as your PR works overtime. Hate you
From what I know, it pays 16 lpa to A0. Going by the people who are there, it must be paying at par with Cam, Sam, Kco.. given that talented people from top three nlus are still there

2. SAM- Pathetic pay and toxic
3. JSA - Worst pay and growth.
4. AZB- All of the above with lot of work
5. Trilegal- No work life balance.
6. Luthra- Bad pay, no growth and no work.
7. KCO- Toxic and micromanagement.
Pay = HSA
Micromanagement = NDA
No growth = CAM
