The 3 year llb grads must be biting their fingers now. Not only UGC fully backed DU’s decision but at the same time the HC approved the DU five year llb course to be undertaken under clat.
Who is claiming that? A handful of folks you found who will turn anything into a d**k measuring contest?
CLAT was just not well suited for the 3 year course. The test is made to be taken by students with a high school qualification, not college graduates. DU entrance is taken by IIT graduates, people with BA in history, english sciology etc, Commerce/eco grads. It needs a unique entrance exam to rank such a diverse applicant pool.
Lol Sahai Arora from TLOI must be really upset after hearing this. He always championed du llb 3 year entrances and now has been contradicted by his favourite institution itself. It’s okay. Clat is more difficult anyway
Hi, his Name is Sahaj not Sahai :)Also, when did he champion the 3 year law entrance? He was against CLAT being discriminatory to non English background kids. The same issue has been accepted by the DHC and BCI agrees on it. I think he filed a case against no entrance for 3 year LLB under CUETPG
How is he being contradicted as CLAT is being opted for the 5 year law program and not the 3 year one. He is judiciary focused now anyway like he planned to since last 2 years.
