From a non known T2 college but have 3 T1 internships with good learnings. Which T2 firms will give me a one month assessment and direct application from their website as I don't have contacts.
Please tell me the HR which actually go through the merit applications because T1s reject mine only on college without looking at my CV. Have a callback too from SAM but the team would not hire anymore.
