Some of the lawyers don't even hold their bags/tiffin bags to their car, why is this the duty of their office boy/driver to come pick up the bags while the boss catwalks to the car?

Its called having enough money. If you earn enough even your would be able to afford it. Theres nothing wrong with it.

If one has got enough money to pay people for doing menial labour on their behalf, then there is nothing wrong with that. However, one needs to treat those who work for them with respect and courtesy. Everyone is doing their job, the lawyer, as well as the driver. Nobody is greater or lesser for it.
