I recently graduated from a tier one law school and am working at a T1 firm. While I'm happy that the work in my team is very relaxed (GC) and people are extremely nice, I am also little concerned if it'll have an impact on my learning curve. In my 3 months of experience, I have only had to work post 8 thrice. What should I prioritise at this stage of my career? Should I start looking for a switch?
Please could you provide some hint as to the location of the firm/ Partner?
I would love to join your team in a jiffy, as compared to where I am (a horrendous team at a T2/T3). Please please appreciate and value where you are. Having a decent team, with great colleagues at a T1 sounds too good to be true but if what you have said is even remotely true, you are very lucky and please do not take it for granted.
Learning hote rahega, and imo, do not switch right now. Uske liye time hain abhi.
