Mere (T2) firm me '23' batch avi tak induct ho rhe, 24th ka start v nhi hua or ye 26 ka soch rha 🤣 phle pass krke last yr m enter kar fir

Bhai 24 ke placements hogye na, aur atleast tier 1 firms don't give ppos in 5th year. Also people are saying there is freeze in 2025 and there won't be day 0s. Doesn't that make it clear that the 2026 void will be given priority by firms now.

So w/o PPO you won't get placed in T1? Firm m bina PPO v jaate hai to tension kya salary v same rhti hai & jpining date v. So chill kr & focused kar PPO mila to thik wrna direct apply

Hey, I worked as an hr at a huge company, they do make such decisions for several years, don't know abour firms tho
