This is probably the first time a senior university admin is openly telling the media that his students consume drugs. But what we need to see here is if it's just occasional drug use, like smoking weed to celebrate end of exams (which is fine) or serious addictive drug use, like shooting coke/heroin/LSD every day (which is not). In fact, even smoking weed everyday may be harmful. Weed is legal in many countries, but I don't think it's good to smoke it everyday. 😑

Another type of substance abuse we need to address is guys taking steroids to build muscles, plus girls snorting cocaine to lose weight. Peer pressure to look like actors and influencers.
