It's a small firm so one should not have high hopes about salaries. One of the co-founders I met when I was in the process of giving interviews, I found him genuine, honest and business oriented but at the same time he was full of himself and snooty. He started narrating his own story where he was the hero of the story, obviously. I would say his female counterpart female partner was calm, composed and patient listener.
