There are many boutique firms that pay as much or even higher than some of the Tier-1 firms, I am aware of Resolut, Quillon, Lexygen, Pioneer amongst others. Which ones of them are better based on different considerations like career growth trajectory, WLB, Salary increments etc.?
It depends on area of work you want to do. For capital markets S&R. For pe/vc and m&a Lexygen, Veritas, Quillon etc.

In terms of salary I think S&R and Lexygen definitely pay more than others.

WLB I am not aware who is best. If anyone has any inputs I also want to know.
Boutique will ensure you learn some law even if limited to just that practise.Tier1 will mak sure you learn bootlicking ans office politics.
There's no such thing as a high-paying boutique firm, not one that recruits at least.
