Has anyone transferred from their 1st year to USA college? Via Transfer Application Process?

Okay so , if you display academic excellence , you can go one a 1/2 exchange of credit course from nls/nlu delhi (but only from third year). But you have to be really good academically. In Jindal there is a dual ba llb Cornell pathways programme. These are the transfers I personally know of.
