Got informed that the upcoming town hall meeting will predominantly center around the topic of recalling lawyers to the physical office environment without offering a hybrid work model. Additionally, there are plans to elevate the retainer bands with the intention of positioning SAM as the market leader in terms of compensation.

Anyone else heard the same?

SAM tries it's best to retain folks but we all know the huge attrition rate
SAM is not going to allow Trilegal to go around claiming to be leader of law firms and all that.And frankly Trilegal is really a nothing firm in front of AZB,SAM etc.Just because it managed to grab bunch of partners doesn't give it the class of a SAM
I agree that these lala firms have way more expertise (not cam) but the smaller platforms seem to treat associates as actual employees and not servants
