Guys let's thank and acknowledge those seniors/ mentors/ colleagues or even juniors who have actually sacrificed or let of ego to help us in need or made our lives easier.
Lemme go- One senior at my internship (who is quite a senior advocate) took the time to sit me down, mentor me through files, took me to court and explained the nuances of practice, made me sit with clients and understand their problems, discuss it with him and suggest strategies.
I know this is actually a normal mentorship, but it's hard to find seniors who actually take the time these days and not going behind ulterior motives.
