There is an interesting article in today's Times of India, which says that 40 is not the new 20 but rather the new 60, because of the large number of young men dying of heart attacks. Just today, the founder of Pepper Fry passed away in a heart attack. It's also true that the Covid vaccine has led to an increase in health complications in young men. Liberals and the pharma lobby dismissed such talk as RW conspiracy theories during Covid, but now studies are showing the truth and we all now wish we had just taken 1 or 2 shots of the vaccine and not 3.

Anyway, the point is that we are all sitting ducks for heart diseases as we work 14 hours a day and don't get exercise, plus face a lot of stress and pressure. On top of that, the average "law firm diet" seems to be Domino's cheese pizza, Big Mac, Coke and 6 cups of coffee a day. So is it time that law firms carry out free health check-ups for employees every 2 months?
Yes. Also for their mental health and figuring whether they are fit for the job.
Yes.Free health checkups every 2-3 months.Look at the number of people collapsing from sudden cardiac arrests.
Why should it be free though? Associates earn enough to afford a check up.
