Best to avoid if you have an option. ▮▮▮ difficult team to work in the firm. Don't listen to headhunters as they say things have improved etc. Most people leave within a year ▮▮▮ of long work hours, and artificial pressure.

Having observed Karun Prakash, her junior equity partner, I would say that she perhaps knows a thing or two about how to groom and retain talent. I have also heard that the attrition levels at her team are insane, but shy shouldn't they be!? Couldn't it be that she has high standards, and it's not everyone's cup of tea to live up to them?
