Hi guys! Would appreciate any input on whether to choose joining the general corporate practice of Phoenix Legal, Delhi or Samvad Partners, Delhi. Which law firm is known to pay higher, respect their employees work life balance and provides better mentorship and guidance to associates? I’m rejoining the work force after my master’s degree and would appreciate any feedback to help make my decision.

While I'm not aware about the pay difference between Phoenix and Samvad but you definitely do not get much guidance in Samvad and are left to fend alone. While I was at Samvad, the work life balance was fine with around 2-3 days a week being stretched. The pay generally at Samvad is not great and hence, I had decided to move on.
