I'm interested in IPR and would want to things about the firm. Work culture, career growth, pay levels etc. Anyone who works/ has worked/ knows someone who works or has worked??

It will be a great help if some light can be shed on this.
Good place, good work, high profile clients. Not very top heavy, partners mostly leave you to your thing. Good food, subsidized canteen, nice location. Decent timings, you can leave by 7-8 most days.

Low pay, growth is much slower than at other boutiques.
I'm OP - how real is the "para-legal" program they run for fresh graduates. Is it a real path to getting a permanent position, or a scam I should be vary of.
This must be after my time, because I'm not familiar with the program. I do know they strongly prefer hiring from people who have interned with them previously, so I'd say your chances are better. Only drawback is that L&S hires very infrequently, maybe a few odd people every year.
