How's the work culture and pay at these "premium" boutique firms.

For instance, have heard that S&R pays quite well, has quality work, however work culture is quite harsh.

S&R is a mix bag, I can say, from my experience working there. Some really good people and some people are not that professional.

Heard touchstone pays most of the three? Is it true? Whats the pay difference among 3?

Not true. It's close but S&R pays the most. Touchstone pay for freshers is around 20 LPA for Mumbai office from what I've heard (pls correct if I'm wrong)
