If you know basics, can take your ownership or have a can figure out attitude - join ML. With ML you get access to 1K lawyers, not so with Finsec - avoid unless you have no options

You can also try Regstreet. Again started by a former SEBI Officer with great leadership and pay based on ability. They are always looking for young members and has quality at par with Tier 1.

Don't ever say regstreets work is at par with a t1. It is just overhyped by interns. Finsec i would have understood but regstreet. Nah
