I was told to avoid this place during my induction. I have seen my junior batches being told to do the same. The place seems a bit scary no doubt, but what is the story behind this generational boycott?
I am currently in my final year here. Roti Park is known for attracting local thugs and other undesirable individuals.
There was even a recent incident where a person, who is not affiliated with NLS, was stabbed there.
Brawls and altercations are not uncommon in that area. Therefore, as a precautionary measure, we strongly against visiting Roti Park due to its unsafe environment.
The ▮▮▮ son was involved in the murder of an NLS student (Alyosha Kumar) in the 2000s. Since then there has been a general boycott of the place. It also attracts a shady crowd.
No idea if the same person still owns the place these days.
