History
Vinayak Burman, an alumnus of Symbiosis Law School, Pune University<ref>Template:Cite web</ref>, who had worked with Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh. A. Shroff & Company and Economic Laws Practice in Mumbai decided to team up with Archana Khosla, who was an alumni of Army Institute of Law, Mohali<ref>Template:Cite news</ref>, and had worked with AZB and Partners and Economic Laws Practice and Amit Vyas, who was an alumni of JNV University, Jodhpur, and had worked with Rajani & Associates<ref>Template:Cite news</ref>, Trilegal and Economic Laws Practice, to set up VERTICES PARTNERS. Jeet Sen Gupta, who was also an alumni of Symbiosis Law School, Pune University and had spent the formative years of his career with Economic Laws Practice and then Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh<ref name=":0" />. A. Shroff & Company and Juris Corp, came together to join the Firm in early 2017.

The Firm is located out of the financial capital of the country, Mumbai. The Firm also has associate offices in Gurugram, Haryana and Bengaluru, Karnataka.
