The Willem C. Vis (East) Moot in Hong Kong is a sister moot to the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, Vienna and is part of the Mooting Premier League.

It is not a regional elimination moot for the bigger moot in Vienna and law schools are permitted to compete in both, although a single student can not compete in both.
