Symbiosis Law School, established in June 1977, was affiliated in the beginning to University of Pune. Further, the important stride was made in 2002 when SLS became the constituent college of the Symbiosis International University. Thereby, SLS gained an enhanced degree of autonomy in teaching, learning and research.
