Background

History

This college was founded in 1923 by S. B. Majumdar.

Location

Symbiosis Law School is located on Senapati Bapat Road in Pune, India. It has new edition in NOIDA, Uttar Pradesh.

Administration

The Vice-Chancellor of the Symbiosis International University is M. S. Raste, who was formerly the Principal of the Law School. Currently Shashikala Gurpur is the Director of the Law School. There are no real notable faculty.

Facts & Figures

The law school used to have an intake of about 320 students who were segregated into 4 classes of 80 students each. Of the 4 classes, 3 were for business administration and law (BBA,LLB) while there was a sole class for humanities and law (BA,LLB). The school also has a lesser-known LLM program.
