The second season of the Mooting Premier League started in September 2010 and includes 53 mooting competitions and updated scoring criteria and follows on the from the successful first edition of the MPL.

The leaderboard
As of 25 October, NLIU Bhopal leads the MPL 2 season standings with 44 points, followed by NLU Delhi with 33 points. Following are the top 10 colleges currently leading the standings:
