The firm has over 400 professionals specializing in areas such as corporate & commercial laws, dispute resolution, taxation and intellectual property.
Founded in 1985, the firm today has offices in New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Pune. L&S was founded by Mr. V. Lakshmikumaran along with his brother Mr. V. Sridharan.
