Khaitan & Co is an Indian law firm with offices in Kolkata, Delhi, Bangalore and Mumbai.
The firm has more than 245 lawyers, as at September 2010, including 41 equity partners and one non-equity "associate partner". Khaitan & Co’s Delhi consists of 68 lawyers and 12 partners.
