The ILNU National Moot Court Competition is the annual Moot Court Competition organized by Institute of Law, Nirma University, Ahmedabad. The first edition of the moot is proposed to be held in March, 2011.

Eligibility for Participation

All Bar Council of India recognised Universities/Schools/Faculties/Institute offering a Bachelors Degree in Law are eligible to participate in the Competition.

Problem

The Moot Problem runs around procedural law i.e. Law of Evidence and gets in issues of Cyber Law, Diplomatic Immunity and Recognition of State under International Law.
