Previously, he has worked for a law firm in Delhi and Mumbai and Washington, D.C. Sandeep has been a faculty at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.Sandeep focuses on securities regulations, investment regulations and corporate governance. Sandeep has obtained an LL.M. (Securities and Financial Regulations) degree from Georgetown University and an LL.B. degree from Delhi University. He is admitted to practice law in New York and is a member of Mensa. He has been invited to speak at Davos, has published op-eds in the Financial Times, is a member of various committees of chambers of commerce, has been chairman, SEBI sub-committee on integrated disclosure, and past member of various SEBI and central bank (RBI) committees on financial markets.
Yash Bansal is an associate and graduate of NALSAR, Hydrabad and Ankit Thakur is an associate from NUJS, Kolkata.
