ALMT Legal is a full services law firm with offices in Bangalore, Mumbai and New Delhi. ALMT was founded with a view to assist prospective foreign businesses for their foreign direct investment into India in 2000. The firm was founded by Shalini Agarwal and then was joined by Ananjan Mitter and Sameer Tapia. Renu Parekh joined the Mumbai office of the firm in 2001.
