University of Petroleum & Energy Studies (UPES) is the first Energy specific University in Asia accredited by world standards as ISO2001: 2009 Certification and accredited by Energy Institute, United Kingdom; UGC – NAAC accreditation. The UPES offers five years Integrated Law course with special emphasis on Energy Laws among other Engineering & Management Courses.

Keeping up with its vision, College of Legal Studies, UPES proudly announces its first Moot Court Competition in Energy Laws. The Moot Court Problem, inspired by the booming concerns in the energy industry in today’s India, confirms itself to the areas of Oil and Gas, Energy sector, Transportation and allied sectors nationally and internationally.

The dates of competition are 25th-27th March, 2011.
