The firm was founded in 2000 in London by [[Shalini Agarwal]], [[Manoj Ladwa]], [[Ananjan Mitter]] and [[Sameer Tapia]]. Ladwa later left to start up English law firm [[MLS Chase]] in London. &lt;br /&gt;

In 2003, [[Sakate Khaitan]] joined the firm, while [[Aliff Fazelbhoy]], [[S R Arun]], [[Prashant Popat]], [[Dhanya Menon]] and [[Statira Ranina]] joined the firm in 2004. The firm was further strengthened by the arrival of [[Hitesh Jain]] and [[Ryna Karani]] in 2005.
