In this small world, lawyers are stacking up just like we find buildings in Mumbai. The way mumbaiites have been used to the buildings and noise in the vicinty in the same manner people are getting use to rising strength of lawyers numericaly.

DO WE HAVE ANY REGULATORY AUTHORITY GOVERNING the ever increasing numbers being produced which neglects the standards and quality. Luckily the numbers have been satiated by the flooded cases in various courts and corporations. Over here, if we start pondering what would world have been without lawyers with its pros and cons I am sure the analysis will turn out to be like this :-

WORLD WITHOUT LAWYERS

1>Most of the people are scared of the amount being charged during trials, hence they consider lawyer to be one of those broker who will end up breaking there household economy (instead why not people be allowed to plead there cases on there own).

2>A Devil in that fancy black coat ready to save the one who has volumes of crime records and still manages to get all the limelight bestowing upon him laurels on his achievement. (quite commendable right!)

3>A lawyer by amassing all the knowledge of law and order practices his smartness over the subjects which acts restraint to the general crowd who are awe-struck by his wits (which indeed are borne out of law books which if taken up by masses in general can create revolution in field of law)

4>WHAT can be worse than this, for pleading in a court of law a person is as much handicapped or crippled to hire a lawyer, which is a must for representation, although the plaintiff or defendant is tangibly present in their sound mind and body.

WE as a lawyer form the backbone of all the arguments and contentions which not only ignites balance but with that comes remnants of imbalanced society which does not get natural justice which can be better heard and said by any normal human in the being.
