What happens when you spend 5 years of your law school having the time of your life. Like literally, time-of-your-life!!!

[Time of your life- excludes any such activity that requires paying attention in classes, taking internships seriously, taking moots seriously and/or taking anyone/anything seriously].

Well, the probable consequences are as under:

a) You dont know what to do after law school

b) You dont know what to do after law school

c) You dont know what to do after law school.

You pack your bags, kiss the 'best-days-of-your-life' goodbye and leave for one of the metro cities to figure out what to do after law school. The placement committee at collage has failed you. Well, you failed yourself when, in your final year of law school you finally realised that a law-firm called Amarchand Mangaldas exists and is THE FIRM in the country.

So, now you are on your own trying to look for lawyers, law-firms or whoever is ready to hire you because you know everyday there is a post on Facebook which has more than 200 likes for some guy/girl from your batch who got placed.

That pinches.

Just the way it pinches now when you see a post on facebook which has more than 200 likes for some girl/guy getting married to another guy/girl from your batch.

So, how does a small town law student from a National Law School, with no laywers in the family or extended family or neighbourhood find a job after having time of his/her life and figures out what to do after law school?
