Issue notice to the opposite party for 30.09.2015, requiring it to give its version of the case, within 30 days. ‘Dasti’ service within three days.

The learned ASG submits that the complainant wants the product, which is available with the concerned authorities, in the original packings, to be sent to an appropriate laboratory for the purpose of analysis and testing in terms of Section 13(C) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. The complainant is permitted to file an appropriate application in this regard.
