Modi's firm Firestar Diamond, which is named as one of the accused in the Rs 11,000 crore fraud case lodged against Modi by the ED, had challenged the ED's search and seizure of its property.
The firm had moved the high court through Mudit Jain, according to the Delhi high court's case status and as the Hindu Businessline reported.
Aggarwal is Modi's lawyer who had a face-off last week with TV journalist Arnab Goswami on Goswami's show on Republic TV, which attracted considerable attention.

The judge hearing the plea has described the case as “sketchy”. The judge further said that the court will wait to see what the ED has to say because Nirav Modi's lawyer Vijay Aggarwal does not seem to be too sure of the facts of the case
